Caught in the waters of Bristol Bay and Norton Sound, the red king crab is the most prized species of crab in the world. Alive, red king crab are actually a dark burgundy in color. When they are cooked they turn bright red- with scarlet-red highlights on the top part of the shell, and especially around the toes. Taste-wise, true red king crab is the best in the world. The meat is snow-white, with highlights of bright red.

Snow crab, also known as queen crab, are found in the North Atlantic and North Pacific, preferring deep, cold-water conditions. Although found in snowy ocean environments, they get their name from the snow-white colour of their meat. As their name suggests, they are closely related to the larger king crab. Snow crab usually have a brown to light red protective shell and a yellow or white abdomen.  Alaskan snow crab legs are prized for their sweet, delicate flavour.

Dungeness crab legs make a perfect appetizer or a decadent meal for your whole family.  About one-quarter of the crab's weight is meat. The flesh has what is considered to be a delicate flavour and slightly sweet taste. It has a slightly sweeter flavor than snow and king crabs, and generally does not possess an ocean scent. Our high quality Dungeness crab legs for sale are pre-cooked just right, ready to be steamed to serve hot, or just serve chilled.

Great Taste

I have ordered from Cameron's more than 5 times now (and will keep doing so). I always get 9 lbs of snow crab legs and they are delicious. Order always comes on time and the crab always weighs in excess of 9 lbs (more like 9.3 lbs).
