Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 3 garlic cloves peeled and minced
  • 2 shallots peeled and sliced
  • 1 lemon juiced
  • 12 ounces Saison-style beer
  • 3 lbs. Cameron’s Seafood Mussels
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped
  • Crostini or toasted bread for dipping and dunking
