Preheat oven to 400°F. Heat butter or oil in a large 12-inch cast iron skillet over medium heat.

Once melted or hot, add the garlic, shallot, roasted peppers, and spinach to the skillet and stir to combine. Sauté for 2-3 minutes or until the shallots are tender and the spinach has wilted.

While the veggies are sautéing, place eggs and cream in a large bowl and whisk to combine.

Add the mixture to the skillet and gently shake to distribute the ingredients. Top the frittata with feta cheese crumbles, King Crab meat and season with salt and pepper.

Place in the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes or until the eggs are set.

Remove from the oven, slice, and serve.
