PREPARING CRAB MEAT
Open and serve or use in your favorite crab recipe. Great for crab dips, crab cakes, for adding some extra meat to one of our crab soups or to garnish a salad. The possibilities are endless!
Quick Crab Dip Recipe:
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Mix 8oz. cream cheese, 1 cup mayonnaise, 2 tsp. Old Bay Seasoning and 1/2 tsp. ground mustard in medium bowl. Add 1 lb. crab meat and toss gently.
- Spread in shallow baking dish. Sprinkle with Cheddar cheese and additional seasoning.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
